- Written request is required to block the rooms.
- Written request is required for Confirmation/Amendment/Cancellation of every booking.
- In case of no show 1 night retention charges would be applicable.
- Minimum 02-days prior notice is required in case of Cancellation/Amendment.
- For group booking confirmation, 25% of total amount is required as advance.
- Minimum 30 Days prior notice is required in case of Group Cancellation/Amendment.
- Payments to be settled at the time of Check-In or Check-Out.
